Botanical Sensory Workshop
In this class, geared towards coffee professionals and enthusiasts, you’ll join a sensory roller coaster ride through 6 botanical samples (both to smell and to taste) and two coffee samples.
We’ll wrap up the experience by tasting a couple coffees together to drive home the experience in a practical way. You’ll also be able to take home an herbal micro-bouquet containing the plants that we evaluate!
Relating to Plants: lessons in impermanence
