In collaboration with Isabella, The Crown’s Lab & Education Coordinator, florist and horticultural liaison, Sigrid Hubbell will take you on a sensory experience meant to elevate your palate and introduce you to the whimsical world of hyper-locally grown plants. Your chance to smell and taste select plants from the bouquetimprov garden!
The course will include a brief lecture on the Coffee Flavor Wheel – a professional tool that helps tasters identify and name flavor components in various coffees. In this class, geared towards coffee professionals and enthusiasts, you’ll join a sensory roller coaster ride through 6 botanical samples (both to smell and to taste) and two coffee samples.
